Modern: Mono-Green devotion combo-ramp
Recently, I've been informed that a modern mono-green devotion deck has been popping up on MTGO.
The current maindeck (courtesy of Bing Luke) looks like this:
//19
4 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx
4 Misty Rainforest
1 Stomping Ground
8 Forest
1 Verdant Catacombs
1 Kessig Wolf Run
//22
4 Utopia Sprawl
1 Karn Liberated
3 Cloudstone Curio
1 Primeval Bounty
4 Genesis Wave
2 Harmonize
3 Fertile Ground
4 Garruk Wildspeaker
//19
4 Burning-Tree Emissary
4 Arbor Elf
3 Primeval Titan
4 Eternal Witness
4 Elvish Visionary
This is a pretty interesting looking deck, capable of killing as early as turn 2 with the ideal draw:
(turn 1, land elf, turn 2 bte, bte, bte, nykthos, chain genesis wave into more genesis waves, into curio, garruk, karn).
Of course, that's the IDEAL draw. realistically, i would expect turn 4-5 kills with this deck to be much more realistic.
The sideboard for these types of decks tend to be pretty bad, (the original list had pyroclasm / damping matrix, both of which are pretty antisynergistic with your main plan).
I think Thalia is a reasonable choice, and 3 Cloudstone Curio is probably too many.
I look forward to trying this deck some this week on MTGO if I can scrounge up the time.
